We will begin with a short introduction to Biofield Tuning and Breathwork. Followed by an immersive grounding with tuning forks to settle into our bodies for breathwork. Rachel will guide us through breathing for gratitude as we enter the Summer months. Alicia will gently move to each individual with weighted forks on everyone’s body to enhance our experience and intentions.

This at your own pace course guides you through the healing art of space clearing, grounding, the history of Reiki, principals of Reiki, self-Reiki work, hand positions for working on others, and ends with an attunement.

Meeting 1
We’ll spend time reviewing clearing a space energically, tools to ground, reflections on energy work and the history of Reiki.

Meeting 2
Introduction to hand positions and intuitive energy. Review of the seven charka centers and functions. Hands on practice of gentle healing Reiki.

Meeting 3
Tools for self-healing. Four attunements into the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage. Reflections and Journaling.
Course structure
This is an at your own pace course with three 1-hour meetings to check in, review material, and answer questions. A manual will be mailed, emailed to you, or given to you in person, along with instructional videos, and one-on-one support. The course is designed as an introduction to Reiki, no previous experience is necessary.
