Westford Craft Fair - Saturday, December 6th, 2025

I will have gift boxes, ornaments, aloes, candles, shower steamers, stocking stuffers, and maple syrup available for all your holiday needs!
Hangry Hogg will be onsite offering BBQ Poutine, Hangry Nachos, Pulled Pork or Chopped Brisket sandwiches, and fresh fried pork rinds!
PTO will also have a bake sale to keep energy high while shopping!

Breathwork & Biofield Tuning
Join Alicia J Dragon and Rachel Frei for a morning of tuning forks and breathwork to align into the season of peace and joy. We will begin with a grounding session with the frequency of tuning forks to tune into our roots. We will flow into a centered breathwork journey to focus on being present and aligning our bodies into tranquility. While Rachel is leading the community in breathwork, Alicia will drift intuitively to honor biofield requests for weighted forks on the shoulders of individuals. The community will feel a strength of freshness and calmness to take with them into the final weeks of 2025 and into 2026!
Please arrive around 9:15am to settle into your individual space. We will start promptly at 9:30am.
Please bring a yoga mat or pillow or blanket and a journal.
Flow of the morning:
9:15am - Arrive and set up individual space
9:30am - Intro: Alicia with Biofield Tuning & Rachel with Breathwork
9:45am - Grounding with Biofield Tuning
9:55am - Journey of Breathwork with intuitive weighted forks
10:30am - Coming back to body & journaling if you feel called
10:45am - Gratitude and well wishes and chocolate! ;)

A certification to step deeper into your healing journey and beyond.

This at your own pace course guides you through the healing art of space clearing, grounding, the history of Reiki, principals of Reiki, self-Reiki work, hand positions for working on others, and ends with an attunement.

Meeting 1
We’ll spend time reviewing clearing a space energically, tools to ground, reflections on energy work and the history of Reiki.

Meeting 2
Introduction to hand positions and intuitive energy. Review of the seven charka centers and functions. Hands on practice of gentle healing Reiki.

Meeting 3
Tools for self-healing. Four attunements into the Usui Shiki Ryoho Lineage. Reflections and Journaling.
Course structure
This is an at your own pace course with three 1-hour meetings to check in, review material, and answer questions. A manual will be mailed, emailed to you, or given to you in person, along with instructional videos, and one-on-one support. The course is designed as an introduction to Reiki, no previous experience is necessary.
