Join Alicia J Dragon and Rachel Frei for a morning of tuning forks and breathwork to align into the season of love.  We will begin with a grounding session with the frequency of tuning forks to tune into our roots.  We will flow into a centered breathwork journey to focus on being present and aligning our bodies into tranquility.  While Rachel is leading the community in breathwork, Alicia will drift intuitively to honor biofield requests for weighted forks on the body of individuals.  The community will feel a strength of freshness and calmness to take with them into the start of 2026!  

Please arrive around 9:15am to settle into your individual space.  We will start promptly at 9:30am.

Please bring a yoga mat or pillow or blanket and a journal.  

Flow of the morning:

9:15am - Arrive and set up individual space

9:30am - Intro: Alicia with Biofield Tuning & Rachel with Breathwork

9:45am - Grounding with Biofield Tuning

9:55am - Journey of Breathwork with intuitive weighted forks

10:30am - Coming back to body & journaling if you feel called 

10:45am - Gratitude and well wishes and chocolate! ;)
