9:15am - Grounding with Biofield Tuning
9:30am - Journey of Breathwork with intuitive weighted forks placed on the body. 10:05am - Meditation
10:15am - Coming back to body with peaceful presence & journaling if you feel called
10:30am - Gratitude, well wishes. and chocolate!
